Doesn’t seemed anything good over there.

Dislikes

Boss were too toxic. He doesn’t cares about employees. Works shift 10:00am to 09:30pm. Boss thinks which products he has that are out of planet. Stating to sell their products out of MRP. No facilities provide by company no pf, no leaves. Even though if employee is sick and not able to came still they are force to come.if leave taken salary will be deducted. So, basically, they want which kind of employee who is ready for scarify family happiness and spend his 12 hours time for company. Beware those kind of companies....Read More

Guess you have worked with Sun systems, ghatkopar having owner Sanjay Kothari which is having retail business and stores. That is a different company and no where related to us. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
