Its a system process oriented Co. Wherein work culture & work life balance is definitely not an issue. Clarity in role & clarity of work is more imp. At times the Co is good enough but the Mgt. Is not clear on what they are looking for & that's where a lot of things r lost

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
