The only bad thing I feel in Sun Pharma is deduct online sales adjustment from our achievement and that is too much just think our target is 100% and their adjustment is 35% that much they deduct from our sales, and this process is month by months, And this is the only thing that motivates me to stay at Sunpharma

There is no working culture like a multinational company, I feel it's a biggest propaganda base company.

There is no working culture in sun pharma. Only give and take business is there.As a medical rep you are not going to talk about science at Dr.level. You don't have personal and professional growth. There is no job security at all .
