The company is based in to the Home Realty Residential segment A vast growing company Located Whitefield Bengaluru , this location had rapid growth in infrastructure and residential development and connectivity through OMR,ORR and all major IT hubs

My work was slightly challenging and I have to look after the residential home sales for a home buyer and understand his needs and requirements according to his criteria , Have been experienced I'm Residential sales and would continue and happy to do so

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
