Management is not good. Some HOD have no strong scientific or logical capability but have hell of ego of being super intelligent and command their descisions over you. Too much work pressure, no work life balance. Stringent timelines for projects. You have accept others descision even if they are wrong, when they fail you are the person to blame. Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
