Management is not good. Some HOD have no strong scientific or logical capability but have hell of ego of being super intelligent and command their descisions over you. Too much work pressure, no work life balance. Stringent timelines for projects. You have accept others descision even if they are wrong, when they fail you are the person to blame. No descipline or work ethics. Not an R&D, its only D&D. Projects and loss are due to their own timeline, same mistake every project. No improvement.
