I would like to inform you that Suguna is a big poultry integration company and its increasing work day by day. There is a proper system of work. I had joined to this group dated on 26th September 2009 as a line supervisor after completion of 5 years of my job I got promotion from Line supervisor to Asst. Branch Manager & got a good salary hike. There employees are getting every year salary increment also. There are any employees can get many chances of growth if his working is good/excellent. I have observed that there is only one think is very worrisome that Suguna company not place to any employees in theirs local area and there are having lot of transfer of one employee from one place to another place.
