Work culture is good . Management wise its one of the best company i was had worked with. Main goal of all the employee is to take suguna to the profitable side. I was find myself lucky to be associated myself with this company

Dislikes

If there is a problem with the company, then soon someone will believe that if you have said something, the company will terminate the staff on your behalf, without any proof. And you will face a lot of pressure and you will be forced to resign.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
