Nothing. This company follows a higher and fire policy. They are recruiting people for mouth publicity of thier product. Screwing carrier of so many youths. Most pathetic company in industry. Only employee working for more than two years as a sales guy is owners brother. Even head of sales & head of marketing gets fire .worst part is there is no fix date for salary.
