1- Management and co-founders are so arrogant that they dont want to discuss anything with employees, they simply tells you to resign. 2-They do not fire anyone, but they will create such a frustrating environment with mental and verbal abuse along with disrespectful comments and unprofessional behaviour. 3-Micro-management is worse, even non-technical members from co-founders team had a lot of interference in IT team working. And so called, IT director sits quietly as a mute spectator. 4- This compny has worst form of Nepotism. Only if you are brother or friend of seniors withing company you can survive and flourish here. 5-Recently they came up with the idea to call everyone from other parts of India to Jaipur. Even employees who were promised Work from Home during their joining. One of the employee had a heart surgery and he was forced to come to Jaipur.
