The management doesn’t care about how you perform. They will give you hike/promotion only when they feel like. In 2023 they are making an excuse of recession for not giving increments whereas there is no recession in India and even they are not facing any challenges on getting their fees from clients. Their top management doesn’t have clarity they say that we are overstaffed whereas founders say that we need to hire more people (and this too within a day)....Read More
