I would advise caution when considering a career with tis company, especially if you're not connected to someone within the organisation. There is a clear culture of favouritism and partiality at higher levels of management. It appears that many senior positions including roles such Sr Manager, AVPs VPS and even SVPs and EVPs are filled by family members or close friends rather than individuals with necessary technical or communication skills. As a result skilled professionals are often left to do hard work while these so call "higher-ups" are rewarded with promotions and salary increases, despite lacking the relevant expertise or knowledge. In time of appraisal or layoffs loyalty and personal connections are prioritised over actual skills or performance they give rating like "I will give you good rating and you need to give good rating to my relative or friend who work under you", so how they sustain their position without growing as they know they will never get such position and money anywhere else in the market and never let them grow who really want to. In my opinion Until the culture at the top changes, it will be difficult for the company to attract and retain skilled professionals that could help drive real progress as they are the root cause....Read More
