Below are the points that is not good about this company - 1. No job security, you can receive any time a call from HR to send a mail for mandatory resignation. 2. No Promotion/Appraisal - Company is not promoting the deserving candidate since last 2 years. Promotion without increase in pay is common here. No appraisal no appreciation is here. 3. Salary and Hike - Package is below industry pay, co-founders accept it but says company is not in good condition to pay any amount right now. no appreciation money for anything 4.Skill Development - Monotonous work in each department. There are no good seniors in any team who can lead you and help you to learn. 5. Work satisfaction - everyone is living with a afraid of job loss, no identification in this company. 6. Company culture - there are three things to say about company culture. i) They promotes only relatives, relatives can get 3 promotion in a year. ii) Favouritism - If you are favourite to your manager you will automatic got good hike promotion etc. iii) Nepotism is on the high here.
