Worst company its just like a Godi culture company there is a one director and his word is last, if he likes, you will receive all the benefits otherwise nothing if he angry or not satisfied by any work he use abusing language and behaviour towards his employee. If you want to leave the organisation you did not receive any paper. for get this you have to get down to his feet. If you want to leave this organisation you will be threaten form different angle and demoralized by him and his PA like you have to suffer consequences like criminal case etc....Read More

You can take help from your colleagues. You can expect anything more than this.

No matter how much you work here day and night formatting your family, you will never be praised and you will never get the result. Here people leave work every two or three months. I have seen hundreds of people coming and going in last five years. This happens due to lack of rules and good facilities. There are some two or four old employees,they are also in the mood to leave the job. There is a saying, "High shop and faded dish"........Just understand.when I initially joined this company everything was fine,but when the work increased,the ego of the Director also increased.
