The learning opportunities are good , there's a lot of learning and development

Dislikes

The work culture is not great and the pay too is terrible . The higher management plays favourites . It's one of those rare places where you get along better with the parents and the students than your colleagues.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. The will not increase the salary for "CO-TEACHERS" and also they will not provide any facilities and insurance for us. Apart from this we will also be given administration work which is not our part of work/study at all.

Work Details

I am a Co-teacher/ assistant teacher for grade 1 and also I will take EVS subject for grade 1 and 2. Also we will do fee calling for admin dept everytime which is not our role at all.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
