Nothing. Frustration started in the forst week of joining. Only money. If interested in money and not mental peace. Join SP. They'll play with your mental peace.

Dislikes

So many things. Internal politics Manager is interested only in people who flatters her. Hell lot of favouritism No work flexibilities. Worst company culture. Even the VP is someone who will not listen to you.

The Management Is To Be Honest- Biased And Greedy. If The Most Unethical Workplace Award Existed I am Sure Success Pact Consulting Would Seize That. From The Security Guard To The Ceo Almost Everyone Is So Unethical, Can't be Trusted And Can't Be Depended Upon. The Pay According To The Effort Is Not Even Adequate And Other Benefits Are a Distant Dream. I Left This Company Because The One Who Wipe The Boots Of The Managers Are Only Given Chance To Grow, Despite Of Their Skills And Knowledge. Worst experience.. There is nothing positive about the company from the work culture to people who are managing the show.

Dislikes

There are no growth opportunities. Every now and then you just get a designation change but not change in the role. I have been doing the same role from last 3 years but nothing changed from year one to now. Almost every other day i hear some one or the other resigning due to all this. Think 10 times before joining.
