There are many things which I like in subros company the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable furthermore , the bus facility provided by company which was free of cost a part from this the food provided by copanyy to their worker was very excellent the the price of one diet of a person was only 5 rs which was very low in the modern era where the price of ever is going on its peak moreover there was fire alarm , fire cylinder in each and ever place, in addition safety equipment given to employees according to their work condition like safety gloves , mask, apprean ,safety shoes etc....Read More

Compensation is decent ,but growth is also the work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 16 hours after that the employees should attend their shift after did 16 hours work so this was very hard for the employees to attend their same shift sometimes the behavior of employer ,managers and other person who have good rank in company was not so good towards their employees flexibility was not there...Read More

My work in subroas was to assemble the compressor which was a part of AC there was 24 station where compressor was assembled so I did work in all stations and Ruby all machines furthermore if the number of rejections increase
