Accounts managers behaviour is very bad , both the assistant manager and the deputy finance manager. Assistant Manager used to shout like hell even though he had not provided me any training I use to do all by my own because i was easy with tally prime as I have worked in tally in my previous company and the deputy finance manager is very rude and pathetic. She used to tell us to make payments everyday and when we used to bring cheques to her as asked by her only she puts the blame on us that it is my fault that I m bringing every day .Apart from that the office assistant behaved very bad with me once, even though he has shouted on me in front of everyone, my manager did not even took a stand for me otherwise I wouldn't have left my job.
