I gathered much more knowledge & experience from this organisation.

Dislikes

I got good remuneration & best name from the management by acheiving good results, less breakdown. But few peoples didnot like my situation. So I couldnot tolerate this & cameout.

Work Details

I enjoyed my work with full satisfaction.Also I learned good technics in my maintenance field.My direct boss encourage me in all occations.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
