Hectic work life, No balance as such. You'll be called even after reaching home after working for almost 10 hrs. If you don't reach office by 9 AM, your salary will be deducted. Purposefully More tasks are added in your JIRA bucket, so that you work on sat and sun. CEO won't allow you to go home till you finish your task, She'd forcefully make you sit entire night.
