nothing to like here as everything is done on a very cheap level, the sales, the development, the behavior with employee, the culture everything.

I would never suggest anybody to join this cheap company until they do not get job from any other company, lots of pressure will be put on your head even a lot of time they will tell you to do task from home, like on Sunday, after evening office time, when you are on leave. they have more problem with salary, they always look for some reason to deduct salary</mark>. the most stupid problem is that there is a lot of power dysconnectivity issue there in office, and whenever it happens they will tell you to go home and compensate the remaining hours by doing remaining work from home. Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
