Our company is very supportive in this pandemic. 15 days leave-join back when fully recover, Health policy benefits, Practo partnership for consultations with doctors, Availability of oxygen concentrators whenever in need and tie up with bike service to provide us with the medicines if we are not able to arrange. Employee health is right now the top priority which is very good.

Dislikes

2020 hit everyone hard and hence Stryker also ended up laying off few people. We all were afraid for our jobs. But in 2021, it came out to be a big support. For me, growth was slow.
