There's nothing that I can say I like about this organization.

The list is long and can be endless when it comes to dislikes about this hopeless organization: 1. Join only if you want to work with 50 plus years old Lala's who have got nothing to do except politics and trash talk behind your back. 2. Zero support from the management, by zero I mean a Bigg Zero. 3. It's MD has brought his team from his old organization which he tends to support, not the hatd working guys. 4. Your boss here can never support tou because all the decisions are being taken by It's arrogant MD. 5. HR is of no use and untrained. Used to be a sales coordinator but now has become the HR Head by licking boots and God knows what else. 6. Zero opportunities to Learn and grow. If you are above 40, I'll recommend you to join otherwise don't spoil your career. 7. All time scuffs between the departments and no one is there to support you. 8. New people who join here tends to resign within the first 15 months due to It's toxic and unprofessional environment. 9. Salary is on time. But conveyance and tour bills are never paid on time, and huge deductions are there too. You'll start feeling frustrated within the first 6 months here.
