Different rules for managers and low level employees when it comes to leaves and wfh options They compel operations team to WFH but Technology people still happily continues WFH from 2020. No sick leave .they count national holidays (US) as company provided one.

There is No job security, there is No cab facility and cafeteria. it's a small company. There's is no risk compliance and bad management. They will not providing sufficient training. At any point of time they will fired you from job. I was join this organisation on 7th march 2023 with in 3 month they will remove me without giving any valid reason 31st may 2023 was my last working day. Unnecessary work pressure, they claim that they follow blame free and supportig policy but they do not follow it at all.even the managers are pathetic and they follow revenge policy once you resign thy will act like you are the culprit and they will torture in monetary and mentally terms.

Micro management. No cab facility, If you will raise any concern then it will turn to you only that you are giving wrong reason for your concern, low hike in comparison to your effort,. Management don't know how to run company and behave with employees. Do not join this company bcz they are expert in hurting the self respect..
