The company has seen many up and down in all these years. The products seems to be outdated and requires major overhaul considering today's trends and competitive market. The value addition in products considering the years the company has been in the market is poor. I feel you can join this organisation after the age of 35, when you r liabilities push you to work than your job satisfaction. You can peacefully retire here dishing out the same repeative work over all the years....Read More

Speaking about my work I was in the product design dept, work was repeative and boring. Something that cannot hold your interest for long, so I quit my job.

The company is very innovative.This is my good fortune that I am a part of the SPG team as market reliable & high quality products. I have worked here in production department,Q.C.department & in logistics with creating a new remarkable achievement's.

Dislikes

Managers do not value an individual or it's part of his job to stretch more his subordinates. Compensation is good but growth is very slow.Appreciations will come through the year, but it isn't visible in appraisal.

Work Details

I had started as production supervisor, as our work style,problem shooting & some new achievement's transferred/ promoted in Q.C. to rectify the process issue sooner. From beginning Q.C. was involved in dispatch activity so I am looking for logistics .
