Excellent complete with very innovative product. They give free hand to their employees in their respective territories. Their training program are good and unique. Salary and expenses are paid on time. Incentive structure are also good.

Dislikes

Their festival holiday structure. For e.g , Ganesh Chathurthi / Dasara which are strictly followed in south or west , for that there are no holidays.

I would like to tell you all, that from last 6 months company has gone under so many positive changes, here policies are now as per market standard, working environment of company is truly awesome now , we just attended an annual Townhall , this was an awesome experience , this company has a huge vision , with proper plans , treatment of employees are extremely good , everyone is treated with respect & value , R&R program is happening on monthly basis , & annual townhall has connected us to company & all , Company is focusing & investing a lot for all the employees .
