Excellent complete with very innovative product. They give free hand to their employees in their respective territories. Their training program are good and unique. Salary and expenses are paid on time. Incentive structure are also good.

Their festival holiday structure. For e.g , Ganesh Chathurthi / Dasara which are strictly followed in south or west , for that there are no holidays.
