The worst working environment you can ever have is STM They are to slow to process work not enough employees in a single domain to process work One individual has to work over everything regarding of websites or anything The current employees working in the organization are hell The marketing people are frauding the company from authors editors and subscriber's of journals And still they are working proudly as if nothing happened. I won't suggest anyone to work here. HR calls at your home if you take leave. It is a proper school environment Go out for a break then also they'll poke you for that. Worst politics Low work environment The employee working in the organisation fraud money from the company itself Even after this they're working there. Better not to go with this firm The HR is hell crazy he's very unprofessional in his work, not aware on how to talk to employees This isn't office it's a school if you take leave they won't call you they call at your home.

This is a very worst company with unprofessional environment, illiterate staff even can't know how to talk with the colleagues, they find a bachelor's candidate who agree to work in only 10,000 rs in noida based company, no extra accommodation they can provide, they don't give leave at festival times to go home, here HR has no rights he is just a showcase in the company, They even don't know how to behave with anyone, Illiterate employee person (Mr. Manish) is an interviewer here not a HR is an interviewer. MD needs to know about management and he always discuss about company losses in every so called team meetings.There is very bad politics in whole surrounding. Tiwari ji having a huge attitude. Worst work environment and culture. Very bad politics in this company. Company policies are bad and even policies always change, no any appraisal are given by the company.
