Fake company hire employe for 2 to 6 month .Not provide job security.

"Working with STM Developments was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The company was consistently disorganized, and communication was poor. It often took weeks to get a response on important matters, and even then, the answers were vague or incomplete. The quality of the work delivered was subpar, with frequent errors and missed deadlines, which ultimately delayed the entire project. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to address our concerns made it clear that client satisfaction was not a priority. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
