Food in the canteen is worst & no space in canteen. Lack of organised job responsibility. No snacks available. Drinking water providing without cleaning bottles. Work flexibility is there ,you can do your job without any hesitation, leave policy is good there , parties nd extra curriculum activities are there, annual health checkup, Support system from HR admin is there.

Promotion policy need to be improve, give promotion as per candidate potential not because they are bosses favourite, Please give rating as per performance not because some buttering. Few People deserve to grow but because of politics inside of plant they won't even get a proper appraisal.

Company has given a chance to B.Sc/M.Sc young students on the shop floor/office.

Engineers don't perform. Enginners/Managers only uses the operatots/TEchnicians for their pesonal growth. Most of the research/process identification operators do , but they don't get credit. No any compensation when operator has insisted to leave the job. Operator should get compensation , as he gives his youth to the company.
