Recently joined STL however I never felt that I'm working as a newbie. The staff is very supportive and they never interfere in the work that you're doing but they always supoort you whenever needed. The ultimate job goal is, Do you work honestly in a timely manner whether you're in the office or doing WFH and enjoy STL's happy work culture. As I've just joined STL, I don't see any -ve thing for now and considering all previous employees engagements, I don't think there will be any dislikes further.

Work Details

Joined as an Technical Associate Manager and responsible for the entire DC Operations that includes VMWare, Citrix, OpenStack, RHEL KVM Hosting Environment. Spend more time to Initially but now everything is stable and under good hands.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
