They don't fire people directly. They ask them to resign. Nothing else good in this company.

Dislikes

Company is sacking people due to less projects. So don't choose this company now in this situation. You may be thrown out as 'Last IN First OUT' basis. Plus the final settlements are getting delayed for more than 3months for all employees due to fund shortage. That's the real situation here. Choose wisely.

They are making people work round the clock, when it comes to increment, they are completely silent. When I resigned, they didn't gave me the increment amount which I'm supposed to get. HR side needs lots of improvement. In fact HR in Sterling Wilson is so poor. They must be ashamed of themselves for not even communicating to the people working for their organisation.
