I always look out for the culture of the company i am going to work with. Its been 6 month and i am liking the culture of the sterling hospital very good.

Dislikes

Nothing as management is working at its best to improve for employee.

Now this is a question i would like to answer. Best, I shifted to the vadodara from ahmedabad, from a different company but still i liked that i have a very good work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
