Likes

Working for a Parsi company is always good. They are more humanitarian with good values and commitment for the employees. The Skill development efforts are good but can be ramped up. You will find a certain pool of talented people who can be very helpful with teaching. Plenty of learning opportunities which are ironically created by mismanagement of departments .

Dislikes

-Arrogant heads and buttering culture haunt every indian office. -Cant deny existence of old employees, specially some at high levels, who leech on the hard work of juniors and shamelessly walk with their credit. -one of the worst part, less professional conduct and reprimanding employees every now and then.
