Worked here in Mep international dept till 8 months. Provided Job is not relevant to my Profile. Also working hrs is more than 8 hrs which is not payble. The main objective of IMep department is In less Manpower need more work. Have to do double shift but salary ll get only for 8 hrs. Need to work in weekend and work from home without any pay which effects the personal life. Not satisfy witg Imep managment. Engineers are treated same as labour on site. Unable to achievee any technical knowledge in this company. Only need to update xcel sheet. Dept will not be grow until they seperate Design and planning. Bcoz was selected here as a Design Engineer but only 10% done design job, rest 90% is planning job which is not technical. Overall companys provide good benefits but management is worst....Read More

Working Hrs more than 8hrs , need to work on weekend and also to work from home. All this without any additional pay.

Engineers are froced to do the job which is unrelevant to their profile. At time of interview jon description should b explained clearly that engineer should do both design as well as planning. If this would have xplained then i wont join this company.

No work life balance. No time for training the new employee. Late sitting is forced to staff for no reason.

Can't blame company, but management is pressurising new joinee rather providing proper training and time, if u have appointed him for new and additional task, knowing he does not have past experience.
