Worst work culture. There are no inputs to work on and management will pressurize to finish work. There is no process to follow, no updated data of existing projects. No salary on time and reimbursement will be paid when they have money. No support from management and will blame you. Cafeteria is a small stall in parking lot.HR and IT department are for name only. Company is very good.but selecting of the management key guys are very low quality..they are just enjoying company benifits. They are just enjoying here. They even know how to grow up the buisness.

Dislikes

All key higher position should be removed from company. They are just enjoying the T&D buisness. Only T&D buisness management people are enjoying company benifits. MD are losing money for this like cows.
