Irrespective of your high quality of work, all you receive is appreciation. It doesn't culminates into any monetary benefit or promotion. Career growth is zero. Team Heads arbitrarily move you from team to team without bothering to ask about your work interest. This further demotivates you as you are anyway not adequately compensated.
