I would like to that. I have been working maintenance supervisor for last two years, on niced site (COVID -19 emergency site) but you are not paying me the salary of supervisor. I get the salary of an electrician.I'm annoyed to say, the maintenance technician of this site get pay more than me. So do all the work with them from nowon. I will not be able to take the responsibility of supervisor of this site with this salary. Sir tell me how to manage everything in the current market with a salary of Rs-11000/-per month. I requested many times please solve this problem. But Still no help. 2nd point noted be. Once was a time on duty accident. But no benifit your company. This time fully support ed my family. Continue 3 months my treatment cost Rs 85000/- but company not provide any rupees. I finally got bored and left the sterling wilson company....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
