I will say I have never worked with such toxic company ever. Joining this company was my worst decison. There is no growth and constant micromanagement. There is lack of motivation and the management is not good.

I was previously selected in STEM Learning 1 month ago. After getting the news I was very happy. So before joining i asking for my DETAILED OFFER LETTER from the HR dept. I sent all the documents to HR but I did not receive any response, neither by EMAIL & nor by PHONE. My FLIGHT TICKET had already been confirmed, and due to this delay, I LOST MY MONEY. Then one day HR call me. In response, i stated that I would not be joining due to the POOR COMMUNICATION. from the company side. HR Mrs. "NAVEENA KANDI" spoke to me over the phone in a MANNER that I BELIEVE NO EDUCATED PERSON SHOULD SPEAK TO ANABODY. STEM is my first company and I am very much fortunate that I have got the best opportunity to learn and enhance my skill as an HR. One will get to learn a lot from the team.
