There is no strong leadership team to drive the organisation.Not aggressive. given WFH, please expect meetings at any time. Otherwise Stellantis is great place to work and as a company it's good.

If you're not able to survive in the market as a company, and you're products like Jeep and Citroen are not working well in markets like India, it's totally a companies fault. You can not ask 200 people to join from various companies and then take them out in a blink. That we'll not do the manufacturing in India we'll do in Malaysia. Worst company to work. Doesn't give a damn about the employee.

Lots of restructuring and cost cutting is going on. Initially they overhired without having any work for new comers and now during layoff time, you will be next or not will completely depend on how your relation is with the project head. Every 3 months there is a organisation changes.. IAP head is arrogant. Salary not as par other OEM standards, Variable pay is treated as Bonus in India.

No skill development, Managers are rude, they will do lay off without giving notice , no hikes, work will be more

Working at Stellantis is a great opportunity for the career starters, because the environment which Stellantis provides will gives you an ample amount of time to upskill ourselves.

Dislikes

Approx 90% of the employees working for Stellantis are not direct Stellantis employees, Stellantis outsource the employees from different Vendors like Alten, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra. Employee's feeling towards the loyalty will not be that good as they always plan to switch to different organization because of no promotions.

Don't join in Stellantis it will ruin your career, they don't have any proper planning how to involve the employee, first of all they hired you after few months they kicked you off giving some performance issue.
