Stella Maris College (Autonomous) helps each and every candidate to grow as an individual to face the society outside. Our college teaches the values for life and career. It makes everyone very sportive and active in all participations whether it be academic or extracurricular activities.

Dislikes

I don't find anything unpleasant.

Work Details

We had an active learning sessions in our classes.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
