Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Dislikes

Between lockdown working policy is horrible, they force to work from office. And after the lockdown they change all policy which is not good for employees, Hr also not solving the employees issues.

Best company to work with. Management is very much disciplined and worklife balance is there. Timing is 10-6 .you can leave from work at sharp 6 pm everyday. Colleage's are so friendly.
