Dislikes

Traditional Indian mindset prevailed in Mumbai office. Not very encouraging for people to come out of their shell & show individualism. Did not encourage creativity. Bigtime corporate politics. They let go of me at the earliest signs of trouble during lockdown. last in first out. HR is just namesake in India.
