What I like is that there is spare maintenance here. Plus whatever item you need is available in the store and there is no delay in the arrival of the goods. Place a purchase request and get the item quickly. All these things sound good.

Dislikes

If you want to do something good, you do not get the freedom to do it with machines. There is no time given for that. If there is a problem which can do some good, which is happening again and again, if it can be fixed, then he does not agree about things that yes, it should be solved.

Culture , unplanned work , unplanned load distribution, internal partiality (south side people are preferred ) , internal monopoly of work and new learning’s , ignorance to your pint of view and ideas , only to do what is asked n to follow blindly without asking, no knowledge sharing , monopoly mentality like if everybody starts learning then concerned value will be decreased . If you want to think n do something different then will be scolded. No proper planning of any APQP ACTIVITY , everything’s become urgent at a point of stage , no internal bonding and brainstorming in between departments.
