What I like is that there is spare maintenance here. Plus whatever item you need is available in the store and there is no delay in the arrival of the goods. Place a purchase request and get the item quickly. All these things sound good.

Dislikes

If you want to do something good, you do not get the freedom to do it with machines. There is no time given for that. If there is a problem which can do some good, which is happening again and again, if it can be fixed, then he does not agree about things that yes, it should be solved.

Pure Lala Culture of company. Employee always struggle for payment . Employee get salary after 2 months. One month salary employee never get. Always need to do work late evening

Here it's depend upon you how much you are strong with your mind to train self otherwise only management bother to enhance the skill and knowledge of their people but internally it's only for show off,even after training no any feedback and no work distribution related to their experience and technical knowledge , No creche available in this company so if any lady employee of this company become mother then only one choice is there to left the company....creche should be available inside the premises to balance work life of lady employee and to stop theirs career growth......Read More

Culture , unplanned work , unplanned load distribution, internal partiality (south side people are preferred ) , internal monopoly of work and new learning’s , ignorance to your pint of view and ideas , only to do what is asked n to follow blindly without asking, no knowledge sharing , monopoly mentality like if everybody starts learning then concerned value will be decreased . If you want to think n do something different then will be scolded. No proper planning of any APQP ACTIVITY , everything’s become urgent at a point of stage , no internal bonding and brainstorming in between departments. Every one here react be like Einstein and attitude like Virat Kohli .
