Likes

Positive and progressive work culture. Traditional with modernity. care for employees and their family. one can think of SAIL as a company for whole career, and beyond that too.

Dislikes

Nothing so special. Being a Public Sector company, no scope for extra reward for extra performance, but it is already known.

Work Details

I was in the corporate R&D Unit (Research & Development Centre for Iron & steel) of the SAIL, at Ranchi. Joined as research engineer. and rose to the level of General Manager. Excellent Laboratory facilities. freedom to work in innovative R&D project.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
