Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. SIFL is very good and efficient company.i had done apprenticeship over there and i knew what are all the process ongoing there. The staffs, workers all are so good at work and consistent. Producing good quality products and their engineering techniques are absolutely outstanding.

Dislikes

For me as a fresher, Btech graduate trainee, they pay me a negotiable stipend. Working time may vary according, which most make me upset.
