I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which creates an environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. Flexible working hours and remote work options allow me to manage my personal and professional commitments effectively. As per the other reviews, yes there are strict protocols to follow, but if we take it in a positive way it is in the interest of each employee to avoid politics and conflicts. In Steadfast I have been working here for the last 7 years and this journey has so incredible so many ups and downs. I have changed a lot and learned a lot with our director. he understands the feelings to each employee working here if you are working passionately he knows you are doing your 100% and if you are only doing time passes and wasting company time he knows. company is very strict about its goals and plans. if you can run fast you have to run fast with company. The company is very clear on its values. It has been more than 2 years working with the firm. Three advantages of being at Steadfast: 1). They actually care for all its employees. Free cab services to women if the time goes beyond 8PM. Free meal for every employee post 8 PM. Plus, they approve your long leaves if required. 2). Themanagement is only focussed for results.
