Misunderstanding between the employer and employees is always the main issue as the small position are taken as granted by the management

It so a good learning place about community living. You can develop ur skills in different departments.

Dislikes

Some of the higher authorities are biased. Will be not able to get personnel time. Work load sometimes is very much & tiring. You have to work on ur weekoff also.
