Its a best company i like it very much in work here nearly 3 years it’s a best experience it’s a best experience i ever worked. Here good work environment Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
